Description
The Borussia Dortmund home kit for the 2026/27 season has been released in a fan version with a men's cut. Its design pays homage to the city where the club was founded, built on steel, concrete, and the industrial heritage of the Ruhr region.
Against the club's signature yellow base, the fabric features a textured, tone-on-tone pattern of angular lines that echo the steel structures of the Minister Stein coal mine and Dortmunder U, the tower of a former brewery now a cultural center—two landmarks representing a city that has reinvented itself over time. In this version, the pattern continues along the entire sleeve. Black is reserved for the details: the round neck and ribbed cuffs, both framed by a white stripe down the center, an unusual feature on the club's home shirts. The Puma cat logo appears on the right chest, and on the opposite side, the circular club crest with two stars above it. The Vodafone sponsor logo is prominently displayed across the chest, and the Polestar branding appears on the sleeve.
The jersey is made with Puma's dryCELL technology, designed to wick moisture away from the skin and enhance breathability during wear. Long sleeves provide extra coverage on cooler days, making it suitable for cheering on Dortmund on match days, playing sports, or casual wear.
