Return and Refund Policy

In ProGoal We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy complies with current European Union regulations and is designed to offer you a transparent and secure experience.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within the 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To exercise this right, please send us a clear statement (for example, an email) before the deadline.

2. Return process

• Notification: write to contacto@progoalshop.com indicating your order number and the item you wish to return.
• Product shipment: Please return the item in its original condition, unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Unless there is an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will clearly inform you of the costs before you make the return.
• Refund: Once the merchandise has been received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of return.

3. Exceptions

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Customized or made-to-measure products.
• Items that are not in suitable condition for resale (used, without tags or damaged).

4. Changes

If you wish to exchange an item for another, return the product and place a new order with the desired option.
