Return and Refund Policy

At ProGoal , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy complies with current European Union regulations and is designed to offer you a transparent and secure experience.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, please send us a clear statement (e.g., an email) before the deadline expires.

2. Return process

• Notification: Write to contacto@progoalshop.com indicating your order number and the item you wish to return.
• Product Return: Return the item in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Unless we make a mistake, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will clearly inform you of the costs before you return the item.
• Refund: Once we receive and verify the merchandise, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days , using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof of their return.

3. Exceptions

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Customized or custom-made products.
• Items that are not in suitable condition for resale (used, without tags, or damaged).

4. Changes

If you wish to exchange an item for another, return the product and place a new order with the desired option.
